Always check the refund or cancellation policy for classes to avoid any confusion or possible loss of funds should you be unable to attend the program or course. Most training agencies have a set cancellation or withdrawal date prior to the start of the course to allow you to receive at least a large portion of your tuition as a refund.
Look into the different real estate companies to work with that will give the best options when it comes to real estate training and are the most tolerable as far as what they will do to help you get into the real estate business. Make sure the company wants you to succeed and is not just looking for you to fill a quota.
