See if the company that you are looking to work for with real estate training offers some type of in office training program and if this will count towards your continuing education. Also see if you will receive some type of payment for going to corporate training or if it simply expected.
Determine which type of office that you want to work for. Are you looking to start with a small office or do you wan to work with a large corporation for real estate? See which has a better real estate training program and use that one as long as commission is comparable.
See what kind of training is available for new agents with the potential offices that you may be working for. Look into what the different places offer as far as mentoring and shadowing is concerned for real estate training. There may be a training team that is in place to better assist you.
